21CLD Professional Conversation Guide
The Microsoft 21st Century Professional Learning Conversation Guide is intended to bridge the gap between the work of teachers as learning designers and the work of instructional leaders.
The Guide is based on an Appreciative Inquiry approach, which intentionally seeks to uncover the strengths and successes within a teacher's practice, helping to make teaching profoundly personalized -- and amplified by the appropriate use of technology.
